located at POTS in the Bronx

Care for the Homeless is growing in 2014 in response to record need in NYC to reach more homeless men, women and children. This May, we celebrated the grand opening our of newest clinic in the Bronx, joined by supporters, community members, and our partners at POTS (Part of the Solution).

As the only health care organization in NYC dedicated exclusively to serving homeless men, women and children of all ages, Care for the Homeless reaches over 8,000 people every year. This newest Clinic will serve several hundred patients in the first year alone.
The Clinic welcomes walk-ins and schedules same day and regular appointments. All services are confidential. Dental services will address the number one unmet health need among the homeless population in NYC.

Says Care for the Homeless Dental Director Sonia Gray, DDS: "We're already booking appointments into June, over-booking in fact, to meet the need."

Your generous support makes this program expansion possible. In 2014, Care for the Homeless is opening two Dental Clinics and launching a new Mobile Health Clinic to address unmet needs.

Thank you for advancing our mission.
